Here are a bunch of other websites. None of them are this website, but try not to hold that against them.
Gaming:
Wizards.com: Although frankly, if you don't know this site, why are you reading about D&D in the first place?
RPGA: The Role-Playing Game Association, and home organization that publishes the Polyhedron email newsletter.
The System Reference Document: The SRD is the core of the d20 rules, in case you didn't know.
The Hypertext SRD: The entire SRD, hyperlinked in HTML for your online convenience.
Message Boards:
Wizards.com Message Boards: Where the legend of Giant in the Playground began...
EN World Message Boards: You probably know this one too...as much d20 than D&D, and a lot of 3rd Party influence.
3rdEdition.org: A great site with reviews and advice articles.
DnD Resources.com: A nice site of homebrew resources and weblinks to other places.
Nerd NYC: For all things nerdish in the New York area, there is Nerd NYC.
Online Gaming/Play-by-Post:
StoryCrafter: One of the best constructed play-by-post websites, with a great set up including a built-in die roller.
DnD Online Games: A new site for online play-by-post; growing slowly but surely, with yet another message board.
Webcomics/Humor:

Websnark: The webcomics review and criticism site by the always informative Eric Burns. Good readin' for webcomic fans.
Comixpedia: The self-styled "paper of record" for happenings in the webcomic world. They don't usually mention me.
The Webcomics Examiner: Another webcomic news/review site. They don't usually mention me either.
BuzzComix: A listing and discussion site for webcomics and their creators, respectively. I'm in the Hall of Fame here.
OnlineComics.net: Links to literally thousands of webcomics, including mine, naturally.
The Onion: America's Finest News Source.
Link Banners:
Want to link to Giant in the Playground Games or The Order of the Stick? Of course you do, of course you do. Use one of these super-cool banners.
