I was wondering how many o' you folks keep aquariums? If you do, post a picture. or two(or ten).

Here's my 29g tank for various ornamental invertebrates.

And a few of the inhabitants.

I tried holding a pair of shrimps along with other smaller fish, who included a pair of Kribs. The colourfull cichlids gawked a long time on the huge thingies entering their area, and did nothing, swam away, came, looked, etc. The cichlids was actually smaller than them, so i thougt them safe.

Next day: Shrimps was gone. Totally.

Keeping aquariums would be a whole lot easier if the inhabitants didn't keep eating each other.

Seriously. This isn't even an issue with other house pets.

We have a small aquarium, with just one fish now.

I just picked up a new snail and some pea puffers. Also replaced the plants (though I don't have pictures) after they were ravaged by my algae eater, Mookie.

I had one...my fish died about a month ago. Everything was fine water-wise (although it was probably needing a change soon), so I think it may have had something to do with the lamp killing itself (it'd go out and you'd have to smack it to get it back on...eventually just went out). If I can fix it so that it doesn't do that, I'll give it another try.

I don't think I'll be buying a nanotank in the future.

I had an aquarium for a bit in high school. We got rid of it after a few years of me not cleaning the tank enough. My fish included
Orangey the red platy
Pinky the rosy barb
Invisofish the ghost catfish, who moved on to the next stage of invisibility and completely disappeared from my tank. We never found his body.
3 algae eaters named suckyfishes 1-3
4 Neon tetras named the neon basses because they were huge.
And then once I stopped having an aquarium I had a beta in a bowl named Alphonse. He was more successful than the aquarium, lived a lot longer than the others, though he got some hideous growth on his face before he died.

I have two tanks. I've kept fish for getting on for twenty years - lots of catfish and currently I am heavily into rainbow fish. My oldest inhabitant is a rarely-seen upside down catfish, 17 years old (older than Castaras!). Picture may follow when Lensman sorts out how to upload one!
