I'm trying to find anything on Youtube that resembles a serious version of the scene at the very beginning of this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jjlVRWynkhM&feature=related) - specifically, any evil-ish transformation involving a whoosh of darkness, a cloud of doom, black lightning, the skies tearing asunder, whatever you've got.

Ideally, one of these (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/OneWingedAngel) would result, but the special effect is more important.
