(You don't have to read the description, I realize it's long)

The Shol-Ungoth is a huge slug-like monster with an incredibly tough and thick hide. It is normally a very slow moving creature, inching along the forest floor slowly eating up whatever organic matter it can digest. However, when it senses larger prey with its strong scent, it accelerates to the speed of a race horse for a short burst. Having no eyes, the Shol-ungoth feels the area in front of it with two long antennae. It's underside is softer than its sides and top, and its large circular teeth ringed maw is located under the front side of the creature, making it vulnerable whenever it attempts to bite. The creatures long tongue is very strong and adhesive, and is tipped with a stinger which secretes a paralyzing venom. The creature is practically immune to most weapons, poison, and disease, and is resistant to fire, frost, shock, and acid.
Thankfully, the creature appears to be one of a kind, and is easily tracked and predictable. However, it is a silent creature and may approach completely unnoticed until it's far too late. The Shol-Ungoth will charge into an area occupied by several creatures, and start swallowing them as fast as it can catch them until it reaches its maximum capacity or there are none left. Luckily for elves, the creature is far too heavy to climb up a tree and not heavy enough to knock one down. Luckily for goblins, it can't fit down small holes. What no one knows is that the Shol-Ungoth is not a solitary creature. It leaves several eggs in its excrement which hatch a long time later. Once the larvae hatch, they feed off of the excrement until there isn't any left, then they move off into the forest to find holes or fallen logs to hide in until they grow large enough to not be eaten by predators. The greater majority do not survive, and the creatures grow and age at a very slow rate. The ones who reach maturity usually die from lightning strikes, falling trees, rockslides, forest fires, etc. The Shol-Ungoth does not sleep.

Improved Grab (Ex): To use this ability, the Shol-Ungoth must hit with its sting attack. If the Shol-Ungoth wins the ensuing grapple check, it establishes a hold and can bite. The Shol-Ungoth’s tongue pulls in its target when grappling, the Shol-Ungoth does not move during a grapple.

Poison: Injury, Fortitude DC 22, initial damage paralyzation (1d4+1 minutes), secondary damage 2d4 Dexterity. A creature that makes the first save must still make the second. The DC is constitution based.

Swallow Whole: If the Shol-Ungoth successfully bites a creature, it makes another grapple check, and if successful, swallows the creature if the creature is medium size or smaller. The swallowed creature takes 2d8+8 points of bludgeoning damage and 8 points of acid damage per round from the Shol-Ungoth's gizzard. A swallowed creature can cut its way out by using a light slashing or piercing weapon to deal 35 points of damage to the gizzard (AC 12). Once the creature exits, muscular action closes the hole; another swallowed opponent must cut its own way out.

A Huge Shol-Ungoth’s gizzard can hold 1 large, 4 Medium, or 16 Small creatures.

Rush: Once every 1d3+1 rounds, the Shol-Ungoth can Move at a speed of 70ft. for one round.

Skills: The Shol-Ungoth has a +12 bonus to survival checks when tracking, due to its superior sense of smell.

My problem is that it's a very focused creature. I don't think Vorpal Tribbles guide would be accurate here. I need experience players guesses as to what it would be. I appreciate any help.
