Races of The Mind

As anyone reading the "Psionics: Best Four, Worst Four" thread will know, I suggested that we, as a board create an unnofficial Races of The Mind supplement, to make up for the lack of Psionic goodness from CPsi. To this end, I PMed a few people who are good at this kind of stuff. As of yet, only Ghost Warlock has responded, saying he is willing to help, and VT says he might contribute a few monsters.
This thread serves as a HQ of sorts, for people working on the project to post links to their creations, and to discuss what to do next.

OK, first point of discussion: What should go into this project?

Most Races Of X books have:

A chapter going into detail on each races habits and background and stuff

A chapter about new races or monster classes for existing high LA races

1-2 General PrC fitting the theme, then about 2 PrCs exclusive to each race.

Feats, Skills and substitution levels for the races covered.

Some magic items and spells/powers thematically related to the races covered

Then some stuff about campaigns among the races covered

Then some adventure ideas.


Shall we follow that format?

Burn the Witch!(Ex)
Whenever a Witchbane Psychic uses a psionic power to deal fire damage to a creature capable of using spells or spell-like abilities, he deals an extra 1 point of fire damage per die. This has no effect on creatures with psionic powers or psi-like abilities, unless they also have the ability to cast spells, in which case, a further 1 point of fire damage per die.

Well I've included my Githyanki Paragon in Contents. I think we're OK as long as we don't type out their stats I think we're fine. Same with 'Flayers. Don't quote me on it though, I think we'd better wait for a legal type person to give us a definite.
