Hin-kri

Many centuries an insane wizard decided to summon three succubi concubines for himself. Unfortunately for him, the demons decided to free themselves from his control. Using their magic they convinced a large halfling town the wizard had previously enslaved into revolting and slaying the mage. The succubi took control of the halflings, and killed off all the halfling women. Now, after centuries of inbreeding with the succubi they are no longer halfling, but the Hin-kri, demon-tainted halflings in the vein of the fey-ri.

Physical Description: A Hin-Kri looks almost exactly like a normal Halfling, except it always has jet-black hair and reddish skin. Occasionally small horns on the forehead, a tail or the eyes give away its demonic ancestry. Most who have left the succubi’s rule live among humans and avoid other halflings.

Religion: Most revere either no god or a demon lord

Alignment: Usually evil, most are NE or CE

Classes: While rogue remains their favored class, they also are commonly sorcerers, wizards, bards or assassins.

Relations with other Races: They avoid other halflings for fear of the discovery of their fiendish roots.

Aging: A Hin-kri lives about twice as long as a normal halfling

Abilities:

- Native Outsider: A Hin-Kri gains all the benefits and disadvantages of being an outsider

-Small size, they physical are little different from halflings. As a Small creature, a Hin-Kri gains a +1 size bonus to Armor Class, a +1 size bonus on attack rolls, and a +4 size bonus on Hide checks, but she uses smaller weapons than humans use, and her lifting and carrying limits are three-quarters of those of a Medium character.

-They have a base land speed of 20ft

- -2 STR +2 DEX, -2 CON, +2 INT, +2 CHA; They have a keen intellect, they are agile and personable as well. However, their inbreeding over the centuries has made them weak.

-Gift of Tongues: Speak Language is always a class skill for a Hin-kri. They also gain 2 additional known languages at character creation

-Halfling Skill bonuses: they retain only the +2 to listen checks and the +2 to move silently from skill bonuses of their halfling ancestors

-Darkvision: they can see in the dark out to 60ft

-Charm Person: A Hin-kri can use charm person once per day as a sorcerer of a Hin-kri’s HD. They gain additional uses every 3 levels (3rd, 6th etc…) The DC is equal to 11+ the Hin-Kri’s CHA mod.

-Suggestion: At 8th level a Hin-Kri gets the ability to use suggestion once per day as a sorcerer of the Hin-Kri’s HD, The DC is 13+CHA mod.

-Magnetic Personality: +2 on diplomacy and gather information checks; they are very likeable and mingle well with all peoples due to their succubi heritage

-Halfling blood: they count as halflings for all purposes involving PrCs, the ability to use/make a magic item etc.

Languages: abyssal, halfling; bonus: any

LA: +2

Most have great repsect for demons and a hate for devils, Many have recently devoted themselves to Frazz-Urb'lu.
