Inference and Deduction
Prerequisites: Int 13, Jack of all trades, 6 ranks in any skill
Benefits:In addition to being considered trained in all skills, you may add your int modifier as an insight bonus to any untrained skill checks, this bonus increases Int modifier +1 if it is a class skill for any of your classes.
Special: If you have less ranks in a skill than your int mod, you may use the insight bonus instead of ranks in the skill when making skill checks. If you take this feat you may not take the feats Too Pretty to Fail, or All is one

Decent feats for low to mid lvl skill monkeys that just don't have enough skill points.

Hmm, these feats mixed with a wand of Divine Insight pretty much get rid of the need for skill monkeys.

Is there a reason for the restriction of only one? If only one can apply at a time, that naturally discourages people from grabbing more than one, without needing an explicit restriction.

there is an explicit separation because better Lucky than Good is a luck bonus, where as the other two are insight. Yes They could all be insight, but it doesn't make sense for a feat called Better Luck Than Good to not give a luck bonus, and the other two would not make sense as luck bonuses. So there is an explicit forbiddence to prevent stacking tomfoolery. Thought the int and wisdom ones could very easily not forbid the other but neither should be allowed to stack with charisma.

Divine Insight does kind break these feats, and I cannot Come up with a good limiter to ensure skill monkeying in general is not replaced by two feats, and without another limiter a lvl one human with 18 int can be as good in every skill as every one else is at their few skills. So a lvl based Prerequisite would be necessary. I will add one.

You could rename the Charisma feat (and change its bonus type), since there's already a feat from CScoundrel named Better Lucky Than Good.
