Hi all,

Just finished editing a home-made pilot for a music show I've been working on putting together for the local cable access channel. It features a very talented local singer/songwriter Autumn Sky (http://www.myspace.com/autumnskymyspace), who will appear on the real show as well when that gets started in a month or two.

A couple of minor technical issues aside, I'm very pleased with how well this matches the original idea I had for the show, and was extremely impressed with how well Autumn presented herself in the middle of me trying to figure out what I was doing.

Fortunately, for the real show, there's a full 3-camera studio with broadcast quality equipment and skilled volunteers running it so it should look and sound fantastic, particularly with all the talented musicians I have lined up.

So anyway, I present, Songwriter Sacramento (http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&VideoID=55047063): the Pilot.

Sorry, just one bump to post a clip that's one of the outtake songs from the session that I made into a promo for Autumn's CD release party. I used the same techniques in editing. The song is called "Chocolate."

I am very curious if anybody has any feedback on the concept and execution, or any questions on how I did any of it.
