Desiccating Strike [Psionic]
You can drain your foes of their hydration.
Requirements: BAB +5, lurk augment class feature
Benefit: You gain the ability to use the Desiccating Strike lurk augment. When you use it, your next attack deals 1d6 additional points of desiccation damage. In addition, a creature struck by the attack must make a Fortitude save, DC 10 + ˝ your Lurk level + your Int modifier, or become dehydrated. For every three power points you spend, the damage dealt increases by 1d6.

Elan Respite [Psionic, Racial]
You can preserve your body against harsh environments.
Requirements: Elan
Benefit: By spending one power point, you become able to exist comfortably in conditions between -50 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit without having to make Fortitude saves for 24 hours. You are treated as having a base level of protection of 3 against both heat and cold effects. Your equipment is likewise protected.
Special: Elan Respite can be used in place of both Cold Endurance and Heat Endurance to qualify for a feat, prestige class, or other special ability.

Flaming Surge [Psionic]
Your unbridled emotions call up the power of fire.
Requirements: Wild surge class feature
Benefit: Whenever you use your wild surge class feature, you gain the fire subtype, gaining immunity to fire, but also vulnerability to cold, for a number of rounds equal to the intensity of your surge. If you are overcome by psychic enervation following your wild surge, you do not gain the fire subtype. In addition, when you use your wild surge class feature to increase your manifester level for a power with the fire subtype, the chance of psychic enervation is reduced by 10%, to a minimum of 0%.

Knife of the Burning Soul
You can channel fire and desiccation through your mind blade.
Requirements: Mind blade enhancement +1
Benefit: Add desiccating, desiccating burst, flaming, and flaming burst to the list of special abilities you can bestow upon your mind blade.

Knife of the Keenest Edge [Psionic]
You can shape your mind blade into the forms of desert weapons.
Requirements: BAB +5, shape mind blade class feature
Benefit: You may shape your mind blade into the form of an eagle’s claw or a great scimitar. You must have the Exotic Weapon Proficiency (Great Scimitar) feat in order to wield your mind blade with one hand while it is shaped into a great scimitar. If you shape it into a eagle’s claw, you may split it into two mind blades.

Knife of the Scorpion's Fury [Psionic]
You can shape your mind blade into the forms of scorpion-like weapons.
Requirements: BAB +5, shape mind blade class feature
Benefit: You may shape your mind blade into the form of a scorpion claw or scorpion-tail whip. If you shape it into a scorpion claw, you may split it into two mind blades. The scorpion-tail whip's does not have a poison bladder, but it envenoms itself to the same effect. However, once the poison has been used, it automatically replenishes itself at the beginning of your next round, requiring no action on your part.

Meditation of the Oasis [Psionic]
By focusing your mind, you may resist the effects of heat and flame.
Requirements: Heat Endurance, Psionic Meditation, Concentration 10 ranks
Benefit: While psionically focused, you gain resistance to fire 10 and gain a base level of protection against heat of 3. You may expend your psionic focus to gain resistance to fire 20 until the beginning of your next turn.
Special: Meditation of the Oasis can be used in place of Improved Heat Endurance to qualify for a feat, prestige class, or other special ability.

Mirage Dance [Psionic]
You can create an insubstantial double of yourself.
Requirements: Psionic Meditation, Perform (Dance) 4 ranks
Benefit: As an immediate action, you may expend your psionic focus to create an insubstantial double of yourself. The double functions just like a figment created by the mirror image spell does. At the beginning of your next round, the double vanishes.

Salt Caste [Psionic, Racial]
You belong to a small, desert-dwelling sect of Dromites known as the Salt Caste.
Requirements: Dromite, 1st level only
Benefit: You chitin, rather than granting you resistance to a standard energy type, instead grants you resistance 5 to desiccation damage. Likewise, your energy ray deals 1d4 points of desiccation damage, rather than standard energy damage. Finally, you gain Heat Endurance as a racial bonus feat in place of Blind-Fight.

Salt Caste Manifester [Racial, Psionic]
You call upon the wastes to fuel your psionic powers.
Requirements: Dromite, Salt Caste, manifester level 7th
Benefit: Whenever you manifest a power that lets you choose what type of damage it deals, such as energy ray, you may choose to have it deal desiccation damage. When you do so, the power's save is a Fortitude save. In addition, all creatures damaged by the power that fail their save become dehydrated. If the power does not normally allow a save, they must make a Fortitude save or become dehydrated. If you do, however, the power's damage die is reduced by one step.

Strike of the Scorpion [Psionic]
You can augment your attacks with the venom of a scorpion.
Requirements: BAB +5, lurk augment class feature
Benefit: You gain the ability to use the Strike of the Scorpion lurk augment. When you use it, your next attack deals 2 points of Constitution damage. For every 3 power points you spend, the damage dealt increases by 1.
