Fleshscourge have a +8 racial bonus on Spot checks. *They also have a +4 racial bonus on Survival checks to orient themselves.

Distant cousins of Giant Wasps, Fleshscourge are solitary vermin who stalk prey among jungles and plains. They are feared for their tendency to lay eggs in a victim. These massive insects are red with green spots across their backs. The sound of their wings resembles that of a wail. Rarely are they encountered in pairs.

Improved Grab (Ex): To use this ability, a fleshscourge must hit a creature two sizes smaller than itself or larger with its sting attack. It can then attempt to start a grapple as a free action without provoking an attack of opportunity. If it wins the grapple check, it establishes a hold. After maintaining a hold for 3 rounds, the Fleshscourge may use its Infect ability on the opponent and then release its hold.

Infect (Su): The Fleshscourge's stinger not only delivers a painful jab, but it lays an egg deep within the flesh of its victims. The victim is unaware of it, as the developing larva is discreet. But after 1d6 days, the larva erupts from the host, causing 8d6 damage and staggering the victim for 1d6 rounds. A day prior to its escape, the wound becomes noticable with a DC 18 spot check, and can be identified with a DC 16 know(nature) check. A DC 18 Heal check can remove the larva and dispose of it. A newly hatched Fleshscourge has HD equal to 1 + its parent's HD. If the host dies before the larva has escaped, its development progresses as normal but it hatches as a Dread Fleshscourge. A victim can have up to 3 larva within them.

Dread Fleshscourge
Similar to their counterparts, but black with gray spots. Dread Fleshscourge produce normal Fleshscourge larva.
Those grappled by a Dread Fleshscourge must pass a DC 7+HD Will save or become frightened.

What do you mean with a 'nature check'? Knowledge(nature) or Survival?

Good creature otherwise.

Know(nature)... that's three times in a row I've left a word out...
