I was looking through my copy of Manual of the Planes and came across them and figured they would be really fun but it doesn't list a LA for them. Is there another book or something that does list a LA for them and if not what would you suggest for them.

I'm pretty sure they and the Githzerai are both in the Monster Manual.

Q: Why are some monsters missing from this site?
A:

The following monsters are considered "Product Identity" by Wizards of the Coast and are therefore not part of the SRD:
* githyanki
* githzerai

Since that site only has the MMI, I suppose they must be in MMI

They are both in the Expanded Psionics Handbook as well.

Ah I never updated any of my books to 3.5.... not enough money. So even if it excluded from the SRD would it be possible for someone to tell me if it has a LA in the monster manual or would even that be too much info? I have all the stats for one it just doesn't list a LA.

I think both githyanki and githzerai are LA +2.

Githyanki and Githzerai both have a LA +2.

Gith are cool.

but as badly over LAed as Hobgoblins.:smallfrown: I've played a Githzerai and that +2 really did suck quite a bit.
