It's not dirt, because it it's still ni the same spot when I scroll up/down. As Dogmantra said, it's in the corner of her mouth.

Zooming in to 1000%, I can see a tiny blob of darker pixels on the upper right corner of Haley's mouth. I don't think it really matters cause if you look at Haley in the other comics (or even the 2nd panel) you'll see similar "blobs" like that. In the 2nd panel, its a small line of darker pixels.
