Alright, so I'm a huge fan of the Black Lagoon anime. A while back I was poking at a way to convert the setting and feel to Shadowrun, but couldn't quite translate it.
Then, I had an epiphany. The old 7th Sea roll-and-keep system could probably do the job just fine.
So, after much re-writing, here's the basic rules for Seven Shots, a Black-Lagoon-inspired RPG.
It's not complete yet. It's in need of editing and I could use some criticism.
