Since these didn't get any reviews during the psionics contest...

Madness [Psionic, Insanity]
Your mind has snapped under the strain of your psionic powers.
Prerequisites: Any chaotic alignment, ability to manifest psionic powers.
Benefit: You gain immunity to all effects that cause confusion or insanity, but take a -2 penalty on interaction skills (Bluff, Diplomacy, Gather Information, Handle Animal, Intimidate, Sense Motive).

Mad Clarity [Psionic, Insanity]
Your madness sometimes makes you difficult to control, but other times you are easily manipulated.
Prerequisite: Madness.
Benefit: You take a -1 penalty on Will saves for every insanity feat you possess, including this one. Every time you must make a Will save, you receive a +1d20 insanity bonus on your saving throw.

Shifting Madness [Psionic, Insanity]
The mercurial nature of your madness makes you difficult to control.
Prerequisites: Madness, Mad Clarity, Cha 15+.
Benefit: You gain the slippery mind trait, but take a -2 penalty on Concentration checks.

I like Madness and Shifting Madness but I'm not sure about Mad Clarity and the +d20 thing. DRAGON 330 & 332 have some pretty good insanity-based feats you might want to check out if you haven't already.

Another Idea:

Mad Sacrifice [Psionic, Insanity]
You're willing to sacrifice your sanity to inflict your will on others.
Prerequisites: Mandess, manifester level 1.
Benefit: You can take ability burn to your Wisdom score to increase the save DC's for your Telepathy powers. For every 2 points of Wisdom you burn while manifesting a power, you increase the save DC by +1. This bonus stacks with any other bonuses to the save DC's of telepathy powers you might have.
Special: You cannot use this feat if it would reduce your Wisdom score to less than one.

The idea behind Mad Clarity is that sometimes, you're really easy to manipulate, but other times, you're just too crazy to control.
