I just had an idea for a weird wound thing.

Unhealing Wounds
These are blows that have drawn blood dealt by some force of ultimate evil, or cursed. This wound cannot be healed in any way, but the blood flow is very gradual. Even healing magic cannot close the wound, not even a Wish or Miracle can. Each day, the person must make a DC 20 Fort save + number of Unhealing Wounds on their body. If they fail, they take 1 point of damage per Unhealing Wound, or may take 1d2 Nonlethal damage per Unhealing Wound. The hit points can be regained, the but the flesh cannot be healed in that spot. The only way to cure this is to pledge one year of faithful and loyal service under the one who caused it. The wound immediately seals and causes no more damage after the year is up. Anything short of it cancelled the contract, and it must be made all over again. And if the person who caused the Unhealing Wound dies in any way, even temporarily, the wound seals.

This sounds a lot like Vile damage. Vile damage is from the BoVD, and can only be healed with magic while in the area of a Consecrate or Hallow spell.

great way to corrupt a paladin though if u r evil. The only way they can heal is to serve u. OO the possibilites.

Their god could heal the wound; they are extenuating circumstnces, after all.

Well, I'm sure an average paladin would rather die than serve an evil person 'cause they're such stuck up because they're so loyal to good.
