Urban soul

I have been playing a urban soul (races of destiny) and they get an ability called meld into city. it lets them meld into buildings,streets,and any other stone structure but otherwise works like meld into stone. does that mean only stone buildings, streets, and anything else stone?

I'd assume any crafted stone working one would find within a city scape. That is to say that you can't meld into a large rock, but you can cobblestone.
