Waaaay too much Soulcalibur II. Huh. Anyhow...

Exotic Weapon (light)
Tonfa Dagger 5 gp 1d6 19-20/x2 4 lb. Slashing

Tonfa daggers (also known as Wind Blades) are the signature weapons of the Wind Priests from the east. They strongly resemble tonfa (hence the layman's name), and their use is so similar that they can be used in conjunction with any tonfa-related feats (such as Weapon Focus). They can be used with tonfa proficiency at a penalty of -2 rather than -4.
Tonfa daggers are a special monk weapon. This gives a monk wielding a tonfa dagger special options.
Tonfa daggers are almost always used in pairs; when used with ordinary tonfa proficiency they function exactly like tonfa, but when the proper Exotic Weapon Proficiency feat is taken a character can lessen the penalty for fighting with two tonfa daggers by 1 for each hand.

Fighting style - Wind Dance

SHEARING BLADES [General]
Your Wind Dance training allows you to strike with two tonfa daggers at once.
Prerequisites: Dex 17, Wind Charmer, attack bonus +6
Benefit: As a full-round action, you can strike with both of your tonfa daggers at once. You gain a +2 competency bonus on your attack roll and use your highest to-hit bonus (if, for example, you were wielding a masterwork tonfa dagger and a +2 tonfa dagger, you would use the better bonus of the two; in this case, the +2 to hit). Resolve the attack as if it were two strikes, one from each of your tonfa daggers.
Special: Bonus precision-based damage (for example, sneak attacks and sudden strikes) are added only once. You do not get twice the bonus when using this feat.
This feat only functions when you are wielding two tonfa daggers.

WIND CHARMER [General]
Your training in the Wind Dance fighting style allows you to dodge attacks and follow up with one of your own.
Prerequisites: Dex 15, Exotic Weapon Proficiency (Tonfa Dagger), Dodge, Two-Weapon Fighting, Perform (dance) 5 ranks.
Benefit: Once per round as an immediate action in response to being attacked in melee, you can make a Perform (dance) skill check. The check result becomes your AC for that one attack. If the attack misses, you automatically move five feet (either to the side of your enemy or towards them, never away) and get an attack of oppotunity. This feat does not allow you more than one attack of oppotunity per round. If you have no more attacks of oppotunity left, you still gain the other benefits of this feat.
Special: You only gain the attack of oppotunity if you are wielding a pair of tonfa daggers.

WIND SAULT [General]
Your training in the Wind Dance fighting style allow you to effortlessly leap over foes and rain blows down on them.
Prerequisites: Dex 15, Wind Charmer, Jump 9 ranks
Benefit: Once per round as a move-equivalent action, you can leap over a foe, as long as they are adjacent to you. Make a Jump skill check (DC equal to 10 + the opponent's touch AC). If you succeed, you move to another square adjacent to your foe. Your next attack against this foe is an automatic critical threat (roll to hit as normal. If you hit, you score an automatic critical. If you miss, you miss.) If you fail the check, your opponent gains an attack of oppotunity against you, but yous till end up in another square adjacent to your foe.
Special: This feat only functions when you are wielding two tonfa daggers.

The weapons themselves look balanced, except that I wouldn't make them monk weapons with those stats. A better option would be to create a feat to allow monks to treat them as special monk weapons, I would think. Of course, the fact that a monk has to spend a feat to access these weapons rather than getting them for free helps, but I'd still drop that ability as automatic.

Otherwise, the stats look good for an exotic weapon - I like the idea of reducing the TWF penalty when using a pair of them, since it's feat intensive already and otherwise they're identical to short swords.

The feats look okay, except for the last one - the automatic critical threat seems a bit much; I'd make it a charge attack and drop the opposing AoO as well.

Another New feat: Soul Calibur II Fighting II

When weilding a quarterstaff you may shout Y! FORWARD Y! UP Y! DOWN Y! Y! to instantly knock prone any creature you are fighting. You get a free attack to coup de grace that turn as well. The person knocked prone is cosidered unconscious for the coup de grace attack.
