Shield: A 2nd level Mad Wizard may cast shield 3/day on others only.
Summon Creature I: A 3rd level Mad Wizard may cast Summon Creature I 3/day
Enhancement: A 4th level Mad Wizard may add 4 to any other person's single ability 1/day
Summon Monster II: A 5th level Mad Wizard may cast Summon Monster II 4/day
Haste & fly:The mad wizard may cast haste and fly a total of 7/day
Stoneskin: The Mad Wizard can cast stoneskin 3/day
Permanancy: The mad wizard may make any of his casting permanent by paying 1000 XP. If the recipient dies, the Mad wizard loses another 1000 XP.

Template 1

Size and Type: Size is unchanged. Creature type changes to aberration. Do not recalculate BAB, saves, or skill points.
Hit Dice: Change hit dice to d12's.
Speed: Add 10 speed, and fly speed 30(poor)
Armor Class: The creature's natural armor increases by 1
Attack: Retains all of the base creatures attacks and gains a bite.
Full attack: The creature uses all manufactured weapons on a full attack. If it has no manufactured weapons, it uses it's bite.
Damage: The bite deals 1 damage for fine, 1d2 for diminutive, 1d3 tiny, 1d4 small,1d6 medium, 1d8 large.
Special Attacks: The creature retains all special attacks of the base creature.
Special Qualities: The creature retains all special qualities of the base creature.

Once per day, a mad wizard can apply this permanently any willing or summoned creature of size Large or smaller. Adding this template requires 10 minutes, 100 gp, and 100 xp.

So, no actual spellcasting in the traditional sense, just the ability to "mutate" themselves and other beings?

I see it has grown from 5 to 10 levels (right?). Does this mean it is going to be a base class?

I plan on having it be Tier 1, to compete with the Wizard as a base class.
