I'm looking for a wand for my rod of many wands. I already have Truestrike and Enervation in the rod but want another good spell. Here are my requirements:

1: The spell must be useful upon multiple castings, i.e. at least twice and preferably 3 or 4 times per encounter.

2: Level 1-2 spells are strongly preferred due to cost restrictions

3: Low caster level wands (i.e. not a CL 20 wand of scorching ray, or whatever) are also preferable.

This is primarily for PvP matchups.

Are you able to use Divine spells or have UMD?

In that case Cure Light Wounds is awesome. Sanctuary and Inivisibility are good as well, as is any other defensive spell.

Yes, I'm activating the wands via UMD so any spell in the game is game.

Perhaps a spell that does battlefield control, or a utility effect?
Evards black tentacle is great control, but too high a level. Perhaps fly? Or gravestrike (what level is htat one?)

I already have the ability to fly. E.B.T. is too easy to get out of (freedom of movement, dimension door, a good grapple check...).

What class are you?

Is it for team-based combat or 1v1 (i.e., are spells like benign transposition helpful?)

Ray of Stupidity (Spell Compendium). Second level spell, ray, 1d4+1 intelligence damage, no save.

Load in three, and you have 3d4+3 intelligence damage. Which is just overwhelming.

pretty much any of the basic Batman spells work as well. Glitterdust, Web, Ray of Enfeeblement.

wand of web, or wend of wob as we call it, is insanely useful. Definitely.

I'm a rogue using the fighter feat variant.

Another combination. Ray of Clumsiness (SpC) + Escalating Enfeeblement (CMage). If you want to get spendy, replace Ray of Clumsiness with Ray of Exhaustion.

Seeking Ray? Its in the SpC. Very nice, especially if you are doing a lot of ray zapping. Other than that, Ray of Enfeeblement or Ray of Cluminess (SpC) are good to add some debuff to your debuff.
