I'm an aspiring artist, and draw quite a bit. I'm nowhere near as good as I hope to be someday, but in the meantime I'd like to share some of my stuff with the world.
This is my current D&D character, Niccolo Deval. He's a 5th level undead hunter, 3rd-level gunslinger, in a Ravenloft-inspired horror campaign.

I'll post a drawing of the other party members in a bit.

And the rest of the party:

Xivlan is the guy with the coffin strapped to his back on the left, Zeike is the werewolf with the flaming hand on the right.

I think that they look good, but they could use some shading. Some good shading in there could really give the characters depth, and would make them look better.

Although that is a lot better then I could ever do.

As to the first drawing, it's good, but the proportions on the arms is off compared to the rest of the body and the legs, they're too small. The legs may be too big as well, especially down towards the feet.

If you were intending for that as a kind of foreground kind of thing, then it seems like the drawing would be from a low angle, but the rest of the body and head isn't drawn at an angle, so...

Are you filling flats with Paint Bucket? No no badno. You fill flats with a brush on a layer under the lineart.

This was a really rough drawing from the beginning. I didn't even ink over the pencil, which is why it looks so scratchy. I did have enough brains to color on a layer underneath it, though.:smallwink: . I didn't bother shading it; I wanted a higher-quality drawing if I was going to do that.
I do have some better samples of my work:

The pose is rather impractical for actual swordfighting, but I really liked the coloring and shading I did on it. For reference, it's an important character in a campaign setting I'm working on.

Man this drawings are not mediocre at all!
I think they're pretty nice.
But one thing is clear:
You're certainly better than me

Y'know, i wrote some criticism down and then i realized you didn't actually ask for any. So i'll ask first. Would you be offended or glad if i posted (constructive) criticism?
