I checked the srd and Anarchic Arrows aren't magical; they're chaos-based. So they don't bypass the dragon's reduction. It still deals enough additional damage to hurt even if the resistance removes 5 damage points.

I did check the SRD, but Matt's wielding a (Possibly stolen :smalltongue:) +2 Distance Shortbow. And any items with an enchantment like Anarchic Arrows have to have a +1 bonus...
