Taking 10: When your character is not being threatened or distracted, you may choose to take 10. Instead of rolling 1d20 for the skill check, calculate your result as if you had rolled a 10. For many routine tasks, taking 10 makes them automatically successful. Distractions or threats (such as combat) make it impossible for a character to take 10. In most cases, taking 10 is purely a safety measure —you know (or expect) that an average roll will succeed but fear that a poor roll might fail, so you elect to settle for the average roll (a 10). Taking 10 is especially useful in situations where a particularly high roll wouldn’t help.

I move in and out of view, coming towards you, and end my turn in K9, in shadowy illumination and thus partial concealment (20% miss chance). If I can take a guess, your readied action was to shoot if I come in view (or is my guess totally off? :smallamused:) which would be in R10 with partial concealment. I should note I'm wielding a throwing axe.

It's an improvised alchmist's fire, so -4 to the attack, which means it misses, which means I'm not actually on fire, only a direct hit does that.

However, I do take 1 fire damage from the splash.

Kurlip - Round 8

Since I have darkvision, I'm fine without a light source.
5ft step to D10 and make one bull-rush attempt with the waraxe.
One considerably powerful blow strikes you (or so I hope), and almost knocks you clean off the platform.

Tumbling is at half speed, that means you can't reach D17, or even the next platform at all. :smallbiggrin:

Edit: Plus, you're effectively blinded by the lack of light, which makes you move at half speed also. you can only move 10ft as a move action, and while tumbling 5ft, two moves would get you to E11. :smallwink:

Well, I made brawl, so I guess Psidog's Pool and Intro's chemical plant should be fine choices, you pick whichever one.

If you can't choose though, I'll decide on...
