Ptolus was the first campaign I ever DM'd, and I think that it would be a good idea to bring it on back.

So, in respect to every other campaign guide out there for 4e, I'm gonna make a class to go in the front of the Player's Guide.

What I'm thinking is a Gunner. Since firearms are so popular in Ptolus, it might work! Martial Striker seems the best, so I'm gonna work really hard to make it dissimilar from the Archer Ranger. For instance the multiple shots system isn't going to work, which is nice because that's the core of what the Archer Ranger is.

Now... Any ideas? For the Gunner or just the campaign in general.

That sounds great! Just one question:

What's Ptolus?

It's an urban campaign written by Monte Cook a few years back.

It's not as well known as Eberron or Forgotten Realms, I know, but it's great, trust me. Really tech heavy, constant danger, political distrust, all the key points of a great campaign.
