You're traveling through another dimension -- a dimension not only of sight and sound but of mind. A journey into a wondrous land whose boundaries are that of imagination. That's a signpost up ahead: your next stop: the Twilight Zone!

Okay, I'm still watching it right now and can't concentrate enough to actually come up with ideas, so this is sort of a placeholder thread. Calling for thoughts and ideas, though, anyways. Basically, it is this: The Twilight Zone as a plane or demiplane in D&D. It would probably be related to any dream planes out there (read about an Eberron one recently, for example).
Other than that, what d'y'all think?

It would need to be coterminous with the PM, to the extent that one can walk in, and out again, without having noticed, perhaps with the Eratic time and wild magic traits.

Perhaps make it like an encounter: the Twilight Zone wanders freely around the world, occasionally choosing to latch on to someone and spend some time with them.

Hmm... someone call Vorpal Tribble. Perhaps he can turn the Twilight Zone into a sort of creature/plane.

You could take Sergej Lukianenko's Night Watch as an example for the twilight.
