So his here is a class I have been interested in developing , this is a fluff free version and I was hoping to get a little feedback of people as to power level ?
Any suggestions for improvements would be appreciated . Ta follks :)

Class Features
All of the following are class features of the Elemental Adapt.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency
Elemental Adept are proficient with all simple weapons and one martial weapon of the Elemental Adept choosing
Elemental Adept are proficient with light and medium armor
An Elemental Adept can cast elemental spells, which are drawn from the Elemental Adapt spell list. The elementals must choose and prepare spells in advance .
To prepare or cast a spell, the Elemental Adept must have a Wisdom score equal to at least 10 + the spell level. The Difficulty Class for a saving throw against a Elemental Adept spell is 10 + the spell level + the druidís Wisdom modifier.
Like other spell casters, an Elemental Adept can cast only a certain number of spells of each spell level per day. Her base daily spell allotment is given on Table: The Elemental Adept . In addition, she receives bonus spells per day if she has a high Wisdom score.
An Elemental Adept prepares and casts spells similar to the way a cleric does, meditation with access to an elemental source of the appropriate element is required .An Elemental Adept may prepare and cast any spell on the elemntal spell list, provided that she can cast spells of that level, but she must choose which spells to prepare during her daily meditation.
Elemental Blasting
An Elemental Adept may sacrifice any memorised spell and instead release an elemental blast . The Elemental Adept makes a ranged touch attack (Close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels)
) the blast will deal 1d8 damage /level of sacrificed spell(1d4 damage if level 0 spell).
For every 5 levels of the Elemental Adept another bolt may be released formng part of a volley . It may have the same or a different target within 30 feet of the first target .These additional blasts do not require further spell sacrifices .
Bonus Languages
An Elemental Adept bonus language options include Terran, Auran , Ignan ,Aquan This choice is in addition to the bonus languages available to the character because of her race. The Elemental Adept receives the appropriate language for his devotion for free but may use additional bonus language slots to choose additional elemental languages .

Elemental Devotion

A Elemental Adept must take a devotion to a single element . The elements available are Earth , Fire ,Water and Air .This is a permenant choice at creation

Depending on the chosen devotion the saving throws of the elemental adept will vary as shown in the above table
Earth : fort=A , will=B ref= C
Fire :ref=A fort =B will =C
Water: fort=A reflex=B will=C
Air : reflex=A fort=B will=C

In addition the devotion will also add certain class skill to the Elemental Adept

Fire : Intimitadition
Water : Swimming
Earth : Appraise
Air :Jump , Balance

Elemental Minion (Ex)
An Elemental Adept may begin play with an Elemental Minion . This minion is a loyal companion that accompanies the Elemental Adept on her adventures.
A 1st-level Elemental Adept companion is typical of a small elemental suitable to the Elemental Adept s devotion except it will only have 1 hit dice.
The Elemental will increase with power as the Elemental Adept does .
The development is as such

It has all of the abilities and statistics of an appropriately sized elemental as listed in the monster listing and will gain a hit dice every other level starting at level 2 .
Level 2 - 2hd , level 4-3hd level 6 - 4hd etc ,
It will increase in size as it increases in hit dice .

If the minion is destroyed a new minion can be summoned by following a ritual . The ritual takes 10 minutes per hitdice of the summoned minion during which time the Elemental Adept will enter a trance like state .

At the end of the ritual the Elemental will arrive and can then be dominated . To Dominate the new Minion a succesful will check must be made against DC 10+HD of the summoned Elemental .Success indicates the creature is succesfully bond and will take on the role of Minion from then on . Failure by more then 10 means the Elemental will become enraged and attack the Elemental Adept , otherwise the creature will simply return to the Elemental plane it was summoned from . A new attempt may then be made on the following day .

Elemental Healing
From 3rd level Elemental Adept may heal themselves or other Elementals of the same type when in elemental form . To do so they must sacrifice a spell from memory and cast it as an appropriate cleric healing spell 1 level lower. For example a fire Elemental Adept in Elemental form may sacrifice a level 2 spell from memory to cast a level 1 healing spell on himself or another fire elemental .

Elemental Bonus Feats
At certain levels an Elemental Adept will gain bonus Elemental Feats .
These feats may be chosen from the following lists , all feat based Elemental Adept must be met

Air : Alertness, Blind-Fight, Cleave, Combat Reflexes, Flyby Attack, Improved InitiativeB, Iron Will, Mobility, Power Attack, Spring Attack, Weapon FinesseB
Fire :Alertness, Blind-Fight, Combat Reflexes, Dodge, Improved InitiativeB, Great Fortitude, Iron Will, Mobility, Spring Attack, Weapon FinesseB, Weapon Focus
Earth :Alertness, Awesome Blow, Cleave, Great Cleave, Improved Bull Rush, Improved Critical , Improved Sunder, Iron Will, Power Attack
Water :Alertness, Cleave, Great Cleave, Improved Critical (slam), Improved Bull Rush, Improved Sunder, Iron Will, Lightning Reflexes, Power Attack

Elemental Form (Su)
At 4th level, a n Elemental Adapt gains the ability to turn herself into medium elemental form and back again once per day ( the elemental will be of a type consistent with the Elemental Adept devotion . This ability functions like the alternate form special ability, except as noted here. The effect lasts for 10 minutes per Elemental Adept level, or until she changes back. Changing form is a standard action and doesnít provoke an attack of opportunity.
Any gear worn or carried by the Elemental Adept melds into the new form and becomes Elemental Adept . When the Elemental Adept reverts to her true form, any objects previously melded into the new form reappear in the same location on her body that they previously occupied and are once again functional. Any new items worn in the assumed form fall off and land at the Elemental Adept feet.
The frequency of changing is increased as the elementals grows in power
Level 4 : 0ne change per day
Level 6 : Two changes per day
Level 10 : 3 changes per day
Level 12 : 4 changes per day
Level 14 : 5 changes per day
Level 18 : 6 changes per day

In addition from level 8 the elementals may choose when changing to take on the form of a large elemental and from level 16 that of a huge elemental .

From level 15 the Elemental Adept may once a day take on the form of a composite Elemental in addition to the normal allowance .
The possible Forms are Mist Elemental (water/air ) Steam Elemental (air/fire) Magma Elemental (fire/earth) Mud Elemental (earth/water) . The Elemental Adept may only choose a form that includes their devotion . For example a Fire Elemental Adept may choose to become a magma or steam elemental but not a mud or mist Elemental .
The amount of times this ability can be used also increases with level as such :
Level 15 once a day , Level 18 twice a day , Level 20 three times a day .

Elemental Scrying
From level 5 you may once a week scry on a target , this ability is exactly the same as the scrying spell . With the exception that you must use an appropriate elemental scrying device as a focus . For example a campfire for a fire devoted Elemental Adept .
As an Elemental Adept developes in power the frequency of these scrying attempts may increase from once a week
Level 5 once , level 10 twice , level 15 , thrice , level 20 four times per week ,

Elemental Atunement

From level 11 the Elemental Adept will have gained a good degree of atunement with his chosen element . As such will suffer no ill effects from travelling on the elemental plane he is attuned to .

In addition she gains the following spell like ability .

Air : flight
Fire : Immunity to Fire
Water : Waterbreathing
Earth : Earth Glide

Contact Elemental Plane

This ability may be used from level 13 , once per day an Elemental Adept may contact the elemental plane of your devotion . This works in the same manner as a contact other plane spell but is limited to contacting only the Elemental Plane of your devotion

Did you check out Wu Jen from CArc or Shugenja from CDiv? They're basically elemental mastery classes.

What is the spell list they cast from?

Depending on that answer, this seems...weird. It's weird to have three save progressions, and why do the moderate and poor progressions meet at the end?

The minion is workable at first level, but by about 10th level a 5 HD elemental is just a speed bump. Is it like a familiar, in that its death has consequences, or an animal companion, in that you can get another one with few problems?

Blasting isn't very good here, but it is another option so it increases class power slightly.

Elemental healing is better than no ability, but not very strong.

Wild shape is powerful (see Druid), but restricting it to elemental forms only limits the versatility significantly. Flight for 40 minutes a day at 4th level is unusually early.

The bonus feats aren't very good feats for the most part; better than a kick in the head but not really a good class feature.

Scrying is more cute than useful.

Elemental attunement is poorly worded; is it intended to be an activated and temporary ability, or permanent? If the latter, Earth Glide is the most powerful of these because it is the most rare.

tl;dr Not a strong chassis, depends on the spell list to decide how powerful.

Spell List is still in the workings it will be fairly limited , revolving around spells with an obvious elemental feel to them and planar spells
