Is there a prestige class that advances both psionics and maneuvers?

Is there a prestige class that advances both psionics and maneuvers? Not officially, to my knowledge.

However, jade phoenix mage is very easy to swap over.

None in any official material. There are a few that are homebrewed. Two examples of completed homebrewed ones are the Nightmare Reaver (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=58986) which is for Soul Knives and the Oracle Knight (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=30165) which has 7/10 manifesting progression. While discussing this, I might as well make the plug for the psionic ToB class that I'm currrently homebrewing, the Preserver of Future Blades (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=139580).

Both of the existing casting ones are not difficult to adapt if you're intrested in less homebrew options.

I'm trying to make a RAW legal quadruple 9s build, you see. Or was.

If it uses ToB, and it isn't in ToB, it doesn't exist in WotC sources. Unlike Incarnum, or Psionics.

Yeah, the only official WoTC supplement for ToM is I think helpful little cards that have maneuvers listed on them (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/we/20061225a). Figures. Make a great book and then provide zero for it.
