So, a quite a few years ago I remember reading this comic, which I'm now trying to find again, although I don't remember much about it.
What I do know is:
It was a fantasy comic ( duh )
Everyone, at least in the village or something, was born with a magical power.
I think there was this girl that could turn water to ice.
And this boy that could control metals.
If that really is enough information, then thank you.
I don't remember it very well, so anything close to that is probably right.
