This spell surround you with the perfect musical theme for escape. It enables you or a creature you touch to escape danger and capture. This spell increases the subject's base land speed by 30 feet (as an enhancement bonus) and automatically succeeds on any grapple check made to resist a grapple attempt, as well as on grapple checks or Escape Artist checks made to escape a grapple or a pin. The music unfortunately causes gives you a -20 penalty to Move Silently checks.

The spell ends if the subject attacks any creature. For purposes of this spell, an attack includes any spell targeting a foe or whose area or effect includes a foe. Actions directed at unattended objects do not break the spell. Causing harm indirectly is not an attack. Thus, an being can open doors, talk, eat, climb stairs, summon monsters and have them attack, cut the ropes holding a rope bridge while enemies are on the bridge, remotely trigger traps, open a portcullis to release attack dogs, and so forth.

The subject of the spell also gains a +10 bonus to Disguise checks to disguise themselves as a random passerby. Creating this disguise takes only 1 minutes and the materials for the disguise will magically appear somewhere nearby (DC 5 Spot check to find the disguise).

If you enter an empty room with a door or climbs into a container with a lid, the subject can teleport himself of another similar empty object within 50ft. When you teleport into a room or container, you expose your head and provoke an attack of opportunity. You must know the location of the room or container you wish to teleport into. Normally, each teleport is a move action but as an immediate action, you may transport yourself into a room or container if another creature opens the door or lid. You may transport yourself into a room or container up to one time per caster level.

Material Component
A small musical instrument worth at least 10 gp.

You forgot to edit out "invisibility", and your second sentence needs grammatical fixing.

I have been wanting to do something like the teleporting part of this as a stance for Falling Anvil. Would you mind if I yoinked, and probably modified, your design/language (with credit...)?
