I don't know if you all have seen this (http://www.acaeum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=8714), or if one of you is this guy, but I just had to share this link from another forum.

It is a nonpareil gaming room, the best I've ever seen.

Has anybody played in anything like this? The best I've ever done was a few creepy masks and daggers I just happen to own.

That's pretty sweet. Some people have too much money and time. Yes, I think both those things about this.

It's......Beautiful. So nerdy, so, awesome.

If I won the lottery I'd do that.

Whoa. So that's what's at the top of the mountain in Roy's afterlife.

I saw one recently with a digital projector on the ceiling and that projected the game map right onto the table. Sweet.

I would totally make that room. But not with props from movies, that seems a little silly. Though, if I'm paying for swords and a fog machine anyways...

Hardcore, man, hardcore.

It looks awesome, but most of the images won't load. Is it just me?

2010-03-08, 03:26 AM
No, I get little "bandwidth exceeded" icons. Still pretty cool, from what is visible on the others.

The pics loaded for me. Holy crap, that's awesome. *shakes head* I thought it would be decadent to buy the campaign coins from Paizo.com, so I could give out physical coinage for treasure in my games.

This is way beyond cutesy coins. Damn. I would so do that XD

Sad thing is, my players (aside from my husband, who's even geekier than me) wouldn't really appreciate it. :(

But where is the projector?

Old ENWorld thread: http://www.enworld.org/forum/general-rpg-discussion/122099-coolest-gaming-set-up-evar.html .

The pics in the OP are gone, but these links should give y'all some idea of what it's about:

The swords look cool but are just an accident waiting to happen when tensions get high.

First though: "When did I enter Baldur's Gate?"

It really looked like a room in BG1 might. Wonderful style.

That takes time, dedication, and a whole lot of money. Ah geekery.

Blocked at work. Can anyone repost it here?

Wow, that's just awesome. Especially that neat DM screen.
