Read about it here (http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Spell_Amber_(3.5e_Equipment)) and here (http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Category:Material) and discuss. I feel like Spell Amber could have more detail, but I can't put my finger on it.

Pretty cool idea. Perhaps you could have weapons make specific elemental spells more powerful?

All I've got in my head is a nice Mace of disintegration. It seems like it should be overpowered, but I can't say if it really is.

Considering minimum caster level, and a non-magical weapon, it'd cost ~67,000 gp (didn't bother with adding the value of a mace), it's likely not an issue.

My immediate thought is this: what if I put a 'harmless' spell into a weapon?
Also, it seems like a bit of a crap-shoot to make your armor resistant to one specific spell. Maybe make it a more generalized damage reduction?
Finally: Non-combat, Non-buff spells make for interesting conundrums. Choosing something at random from my Player's Handbook: Stone Shape.
