Forgive me if this is a silly question, but I don't have a copy of the Complete Warrior on hand. I was just wondering that if a Kensai posessed a Cold Iron weapon would they have to pay an extra XP cost to enchant it?

Unless it was a natural weapon, I would say no.

A natural cold iron weapon?!

I wouldn't be suprised if some monster somewhere had actual special material natural weapons (not just "counts as x for the purpose of bypassing damage reduction", but actually made of it).

Warforged can actually take the feats Silver Tracery and Cold Iron Tracery, which make their natural slams act like weapons made of the said material.
