Become Large

Abberant Blood > Inhuman Reach (Lords of Madness)

Willing Deformity > Deformity: Tall (Hero's of Horror)

Lunging Strike (PHB II), but it will limit you to a single attack/round.

...also, this (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=127732).

Wonder how Deformity: Tall interacts with being Large+ already...

The prereqs specify being Medium, so.. it doesn't. When you change size you disqualify yourself from the feat and lose the benefits of it. Should go with Inhuman Reach if you're willing to spend two feats making yourself a disfigured freak for the sake of extended reach.

Funnily, that means that your proportion/splints etc gets removed with a enlarge person.

No more funny that the sword of a 80 foot tall giant has the same reach as a 2'6" halfling, when wielded by said halfling.

Wizard + Warshaper is a rather easy and good way to get reach on your melee attacks. Most DMs shouldn't even have much against it as it fits the transmuter really well.
