I'm gonna be running a Spellcaster (yes, generic class) with a feat that gives him 2 0 level spells and a first level one.

The first level spell I grabbed was Entangle, which is a superb BFC spell

I just need my second 0 level spell (I picked Detect Magic as the other)

Someone's gonna beat me to it, but Prestidigitation offers no end of fun.

Presdigitation is : Whatever you can convince the DM is a small enough effect.

I like Stick (SpC). Wallpaper your fortress with parchments bearing Explosive Runes and other Symbols. :smalltongue:

...so long as no other spell can duplicate said effect. Many people forget that clause.

One last thing: It has to be a Druid spell. Forgot that :(

Cure Minor Wounds

Instantly stabilize foes you want to interrogate without the risk of re-enabling them.

Still fun. For example, it would be reasonable to make your eyes water, for a circumstance bonus to certain Bluff or Preform: Acting checks.

Not Prestidigitation then.

Cure Minor Wounds, Dawn
Both quite boring, but they may save some lives.
