Does anyone have a homebrew for superheroes in modern day using D&D 3.5 basic rules, or designed from Pathfinder? Members of my party have expressed interest in such a game and, before designing one myself, just wanted to see if anyone else had one?

Mutants and Masterminds isn't DnD 3.5 or Pathfinder but it is D20, which is pretty close. Pretty much as good as you're going to get for a DnD superhero game.
Aberrant, the White Wolf superhero setting, also got a D20 release, so if you want a more predefined setting to work in there is that.
