Spell:

Detect Template
Divination
Level: Clr 1, Drd 1, Hlr 1, Shu 1, Sor/Wiz 1, Wuj 1
Components: V, S, M/DF
Casting time: 1 standard action
Range: 60 ft.
Area: Cone-shaped emanation
Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute/ level (D)
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: No
You can detect the fact that some creature in the area are different from their brethen, they have template. The amount of information revealed depends on how long you study a particular area.
1st Round: Presence or absence of templated creature.
2nd Round: Number of templated creature in the area and if they all have the same template or not.
3rd Round: The location of each templated creature and their type. If the creature is outside your line of sight, then you discern its direction but not its exact location.
You can make a special knowledge to determine what template posses a creature. Make one check for each creature. The kind of check depend on the type change made by the template, if the template donít change the creature type then itís a knowledge(arcana).
The DC for the check is 10 + 5 per point of increase the template provide. Example the half-dragon template is CR+2 so the DC is 20
Each round, you can turn to detect undead in a new area. The spell can penetrate barriers, but 1 foot of stone, 1 inch of common metal, a thin sheet of lead, or 3 feet of wood or dirt blocks it.

Suppress Template

Components: V, S, M/DF
Casting time: 1 standard action

Duration: 1 round/level (D)
Saving Throw: Fortitude negates
Spell Resistance: Yes
You suppress the target template. For the duration of the spell the creature lose all special ability and special quality grant by the template including those from her new type if any. The creature also lose any bonus and penality to her ability score.
If the creature has more than one template the one with the highest CR increase is affect, if more than one template as the same CR increase chose randomly.
If the creature doesnít have any template the spell failled.
Arcane Material Component: A small piece of eraser

Remove Template
Transmutation
Level: Clr 6, Drd 6, Hlr 6, Shu 6, Sor/Wiz 6, Wuj 6
Components: V, S, M/DF, XP
Casting time: 10 minute
Range: Touch
Area: Creature touched
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: Fortitude negates
Spell Resistance: Yes
You remove one template of your choice from the touch creature. The creature lose all benefit and penality associate with it. She lose bonus HD if any, she return to her previous size if need, her speed return to normal, etc...
If the creature has multiple template the spell can be cast multiple time each time removing another template.
This spell canít return a creature to life meaning that removing a template that transform a creature into an Undead kill the creature.
Material Component: A vial of blood (or equivalent) from a normal (non-templated) creature of the same species as the target. Itís worth depend on the rarity of the species.
XP: 500 + 250 per HD of the target above 1.

Exchange Template

Level: Clr 7, Drd 7, Hlr 7, Shu 7, Sor/Wiz 7, Wuj 7
Components: V, S, F, M/DF, XP
Casting time: 30 minute
Range: Touch
Area: Creature touched
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: Fortitude negates
Spell Resistance: Yes
The target must possess one of the following template:
Artificial, Slime, Weed, Unliving, Energy, Bizarre, Divided, Breather, Seelie, Oversized, Mundane, Wonderful, Savage, Exiled or Arthropod.
You remove one of the template in question and replace it with one from the same list.
Material Component: A vial of blood (or similar) from the target creature mixed with 100gp worth of diamond.
Focus: A creature possessing the new template must be present during the entiere time of the casting.
XP: 300 per HD of the target.

Granted Template

Components: V, S, M/DF, XP
Casting time: 1 hour

You granted one of the following template to the target creature, the creature must be eligible for the template and must not have any from the list already.
Artificial, Slime, Weed, Unliving, Energy, Bizarre, Divided, Breather, Seelie, Oversized, Mundane, Wonderful, Savage, Exiled or Arthropod.
Material Component: This depend on the template to be granted but always cost 1000gp either to buy, to treat with the right alchemical process or to create.
Artificial: A miniature golem
Slime: An acid vial in wich a diamond was dissolved
Weed: A freely given leaf from a Treant
Unliving: A vampire bone magicaly preserved
Energy: The raw essence from all four elemental plane
Bizarre: The blood from at least three different abberation.
Divided: The preserved soul of an animal
Breather: The cristalize breath of a dragon
Seelie: The hair from a Fey princess
Oversized: The tooth of a giant
Mundane: the preserved skin of a dead humanoid
Wonderful: A phoenix feather
Savage: The weapon of a barbarian chief
Exiled: A stone from the astral plane
Arthropod: The fresh venom of a giant vermin
XP: 500 per HD of the target.

Designer note:
I mostly like help to be sure they're the right level and for the power I up a little the xp to cost to compensate for the lack of material component but I'm not sure if I didn't go too far.

1) Does "suppress template" temporarily restore the target's old SQs and such? If it doesn't, the party could have some fun times against a few possible opponents (construct turned ooze reverted=construct-"construct traits" line=construct that is now inexplicably subject to critical hits)
2) Similarly, the wording on "remove template" might need a bit of reworking. As it is, "change back to the form you had before getting the template" could be interpreted to really suck for the epic who got templated at 2nd level (and possibly worse for anyone who has it inherent).
3)For the psionics, descriptions of a power mimicking a spell are generally "As the spell name spell, except as noted here."

They would revert to their old type regaining the trait of their previous type including any immunity.


2) Similarly, the wording on "remove template" might need a bit of reworking. As it is, "change back to the form you had before getting the template" could be interpreted to really suck for the epic who got templated at 2nd level (and possibly worse for anyone who has it inherent).

I'll change the wording then.



3)For the psionics, descriptions of a power mimicking a spell are generally "As the spell name spell, except as noted here."

Yeah, but it force you to referene the spell each time. As it was only a matter of copy pasting I just change the first part.
