Without using spells, whats the best natural armor you can muster with the least non characterlevel LA?
I've been playing around with lizardman1 ____5 Thayan Gladiator# with feats from lords of madness that add +1 natAC for every 2 feats you use off a list of about 8-10 feats and by ECL9-10 it hits a respectable 8 natAC and bonuses like 10' natural weapon reach, cold resistance and having wings that can fly.

Advice?

Wildshape/Alter Self/Polymorph/Shapechange. Your native form doesn't matter. Alter Self into Trogdolyte gives any Wizard 6 NA on level 3, and that's the Core Humanoid option. It only gets better from there. Crucian [Miniatures Handbook] = 8 NA, again on level 3. Tren [Serpent Kingdoms] too and Phaerlock [Underdark] is 7.

Ravid is an SRD form for +15 Natural Armor if you play Tiefling/Aasimar/another Outsider. ECL 4 (accounting for 1 point of LA).

"Improved Natural Armor" boosts NA by one each, and stacks.

Kobold Generic.Arcanist 1 / Generic.Divinist 1 / Generic.Expert 2 / Generic.Warrior 6 with two flaws has NA +13 by ECL 10.

Instead of taking the NA feats, consider the abyssmal heritor feats in fiendish codex. 2 feats grant +2NA and possibly another benefit (such as a bonus on natural attacks or insight bonuses) at the expense of skill penalties. Marginally better than straight +1NA per feat, IMO.

Actually, Adamantine Plating acts as an Armor, so you have Armor +8; the same as a Fullplate. And the DR is 2/Adamantine, not 5. Though with Thick-Skinned, you can ramp it up at 2 per feat, or with Roll With It at 2/- per feat, but that requires Toughness and 20 Con.

It is natural armor but you can't take it off, so technically it's like having full plate on 24/7 as if melded with our skin.
Been a while since i played with my WF i'll have to look at the DR

It grants Armor-bonus was my point; it is not Natural Armor bonus but Armor-bonus like all Warforged plates. Yes, you can't take it off, but you can't benefit from e.g. Mage Armor either.

I recommend taking a few levels in fighter and taking the dungeon crasher feat from dungeonscape.

don't forget you can enchant the adamantine plates! you may not be able to double up bonuses, but you can get your warforged to sit in a lab with a wizard for a few days while he improves your armor

Really? That sounds like a plan!
My sorcerer NPC has craft magical arms and armor

I hardly play as a player anymore i always DM, so there's no telling if I'll ever touch good ol Galordon again

Here's a picture i drew of him when i was new to drawing

I really like his shape, but I'd prefer him to have a Jian =]

Yeah that would be really cool
He is actually a longsword Specialist though :( and i can't switch my favored weapon, maybe i could convince my DM the jian is a variant of the longsword

Or you could just re-write your character.

Personally I wouldn't ever let any of my players make a euro longsword proficiency effect an asian straightsword in a 1:1 ratio, especially because your character is built for tai chi sword, not kung fu sword.

But seriously, your character's shape is almost 100% perfect for maximum tai chi power... so much stability and awesome power comes out of that body ratio:
