I just ordered a d3 online, just cause it was part of a larger order and I saw it there, no more will I use the d6, soon, the d3 will be mine and I will no longer be frustrated when the books call for its use.

Anyone else out there own/use a real d3? I honestly think it's called for more times than the d12...

I own a d3, a d5, a d14, a d16, and a d24. I love the first four, and while I like my d24, I never really DO anything with it. Still, it's good times.

My favorite is the d5 though, so lovely and cute and win-flavored.

How about a d100?

I'm rather a fan of my d30.

I have that set as well, and share your opinions.

I know someone with a d6 that was a d3, or rather a 6 sider with 1 twice, 2 twice, and 3 twice. That he accidentally used it while rolling for stats once was just added amusement.

I have d3, a d5, and a d14 or a d16 - can't remember. I've almost never used any of them, but they are nice novelties.

You got one of the 12-piece sets? I love the dice themselves, very crisp and quite fun to roll. I managed to snag a clear ruby colored set with white numbering, and though the numbering is starting to fade from heavy use, the dice themselves are in excellent shape. I just wish there were more chances to USE the 14, 16, 24, and 5. The d3 comes up fairly frequently though, so that's fine.

Yup, the very same (including the ruby coloring, though mine don't have white lettering). The d5 actually comes up fairly often when you realize how common 20% miss chances are (concealment, anyone?) overall, which makes me happy.
