The Planes of the Dragonlance Campaign setting!

And I don't mean the core planes that everyone knows like the material plane/ethereal/positive/negative/elemental/etc. What I want to know are the obscure (aka outer) plains found in this specific campaign setting and what effects the plane has on you while on that particular plane. For anyone who wants a why to this quandry of mine, its because I wnt to make a Planar Shepherd, and I can't exactly get to one of the plains of Eberron since I'm not even on the same world/universe... unless there are ways to bring said outer plains to this particular universe, where then I would be most interested.

I thought Dragonlance did use the core plane settings (the Abyss, for instance)...which planes, specifically, are you referring to?
