Anyone know of a feat (or other method) to add cross-class skills to class skills?

Skill Knowledge, but it's for an alternative skill system. There's no generic one for standard D&D, but there's a hundred for specific skills. Apprentice [DMGII], Martial Study [ToB] & Domains (through Planar Touchstone: Catalogues of Enlightenment) in particular cover most. What in particular are you after?

Factotum has every skill as a class skill. Take a level of it along with the Able Learner feat (Races of Destiny) to get every class skill as a class skill for every class.

Clerics can make a lot of skills class skills by taking certain domains, but I believe it only makes them class skills for Cleric. Able Learner should help fix that up, though, if you can't use Factotum.

Human Paragon lets you choose one skill and treat it as a class skill for any class you take.

specifically sleight of hand

its for a wizard build so I can qualify for the conceal spellcasting skill trick easier and earlier

Able Learner, Races of Destiny will make it so a rank only costs 1 skill point. It doesn't remove the "max ranks" restriction though.

Edit: To be honest, that skill trick isn't very good... it's based off your Sleight of Hand check. Unless you have high Dex and max Sleight of Hand, it's not gonna be very useful (and skill tricks are 1/encounter, anyway).
