Sons and daughters of Ingo, the Mer are a wise, proud, and fatalistic people.

Mer are a bit more powerful than other races so they advance a bit more slowly.
+2 Constitution, +2 Wisdom, -2 Intelligence.
The Mer are wise and gain some of the vitality of their home but their fatalism sometimes gets in the way of their reasoning.
