Tainted Bard

This is my idea for a Tainted Bard. Please point out the silly mistakes i've made.

Hit Points: As a bard

Attack Bonus: As a bard

Saves: As a bard

1st level abilities: Bardic Music, Bardic Knowledge, Bardic Spells, Crush Spirit -1, Fascinate

3rd level abilities: Burning Words

6th level abilities: Suggestion

8th level abilities: Crush Spirit -2

9th level abilities: Screams of Darkness

12th level abilities: Song of Entrapment

14th level abilities: Crush Spirit -3

15th level abilities: Melody of Fear

18th level abilities: Mass suggestion

20th level abilities: Crush spirit -4

Bardic music: A tainted bard acquires uses at the same rate as a normal bard, but they have different uses for them

Bardic Knowledge: A tainted bard gains bardic knowledge at the same rate as a normal bard.

Crush Spirit: A tainted bard with 3 or more ranks in perform can use their song to crush the spirit of their enemies. All enemies who hear the song suffer a -1 morale penalty to will saves, and attack and weapon damage rolls. At eighth level, and every six levels after this penalty increases by -1 (-2 at 8th, -3 at 14th, -4 at 20th)

Tainted Bard Spells: A Tainted bard uses their taint score+10 to determine bonus spells. A Tainted Bard can only cast spells of a level equal to or lower than their taint score

Burning Wounds: A tainted bard with 6 or more ranks in perform can use their song to harm their enemies. All enemies who hear the song take 1 damage, at the beginning of every round. This damage increases by 1, for every ten taint score, the bard possesses. The effect remains for as long as the bard sings.

Suggestion: A tainted bard can use suggestion, as a bard of the same level.

Screams of Darkness: A tainted bard with 12 or more ranks in perform can use their song to blind and deafen their enemies. The tainted bard can only affect a single enemy within hearing. The target must make a will save (dc 12 + taint score) or be blinded and deafened permanently. A target who resists the song can’t be targeted again by the same tainted bard for one day. The Tainted bard can affect an additional target for each five taint score it possesses.

Song of Entrapment A tainted bard with 15 or more ranks in perform can use their song to bind their enemies in tendrils of evil. All enemies with 40ft of the tainted bard, are affected as though by the spell entangle. The strength and escape artist dc to escape the tendrils is 10 + taint score. The tendrils persist for as long as the bard remains singing.

Melody of Fear A tainted bard with 18 or more ranks in perform can use their song to strike fear into their enemies hearts. All enemies who hear the song must make a will save (dc 13 + taint score) or become panicked. The panic lasts for five rounds after the bard stops singing, or the target can no longer hear the song.

Mass suggestion: A tainted bard can use mass suggestion as a bard of the same level.
