After playing Red Dragon Inn (http://www.slugfestgames.com/games_rdi.php) this weekend, I realized that among the top 10 most dangerous professions in all of Fantasydom, is this.

Imagine having to keep track of, among other things:

Thee drunk and rowdy half-orcs in a corner looking for a fight
An extremely drunk wizard waving a wand of fireballs demanding his fries faster
A female drow priestess dancing on a table...

etc.

Now don't tell me a normal commoner survives more than five minutes.

If nearly every barman in Fantasyland is a 10th+ level retired adventurer (Faerun is particularly famous for this), maybe the bar staff tend to be the rest of the retired adventuring party?

Barmaid/Wenches provide all of the above 'problematic patrons' with beer (or other similar beverage)
You don't harm people who bring you beer (or other similar...)
There are laws against this. laws of nature

Survivor PrC is from Savage Species. Commoner 1 can qualify for it, and it gives all good saves, evasion, uncanny dodge and DR 5/-.

That dancer class for rogues, maybe make her a bard, or even make her an Ex-Assassin. That would stop rowdy patrons...

She could be a form of Expert. You don't really need to have supernatural skills to be a barmaid most of the time.

T or even make her an Ex-Assassin. That would stop rowdy patrons...

DM: You notice the barmaid has been watching you for the past 20 seconds/3 rounds.
PC: Well, guess that means it's time for us to pay our tab and leave a nice tip.

That would be amazing to expand into character abilities.

That would be amazing to expand into character abilities.

Law of Nature: A Barmaid that serves a guest (or other intelligent creature) a drink may choose to affect that creature with a suggestion spell, with a DC of 10 + the Barmaid's class level + their Charisma modifier. The most common use of this ability is to avoid damage to the bar, patrons, or staff members.

Being affected or not affected by the suggestion has no effect on further suggestions given through this ability.
