One-Inch Punch
You strike your foe from an inch away, the blow striking with amazing force

Prerequisites: Improved Unarmed Strike feat, BAB +7, STR or DEX of 18

Effect: You must declare using this attack before it is used. If you miss, the attack is wasted. If you hit with your unarmed strike, the attack automatically criticals with a x4 modifier used instead of the normal modifier. If you have bonuses to increase the threat range (such as Improved Critical feat or Keening spell), these are negated (since the attack already criticals). The target must make a DC 15+Wisdom Modifier+1/2 class level Fortitude save or be knocked prone. If save is met, target is sickened for 1d4+Wisdom Modifier rounds. After this attack is made, it cannot be used again for 1d6-1/2 Wisdom Modifier rounds. Creatures immune to critical hits are immune to this attack. This attack is a full-round action and cannot be used as part of a Flurry of Blows

Rising Dragon Fist
You dash foreward and strike your foe beneath his jaw, lifting them with the sheer power of your ki and through your dragonic heritage, you unleash a blast of your ancestor's wrath

Prerequisites: Improved Unarmed Strike Feat, Dragonblooded Subtype
Special Note: If you are a member of the Initiates of Dragonic Mysteries, waive the dragonblooded subtype

Effect: You must declare this before using the attack. If you miss, the attack is wasted. If you suceed with an unarmed strike, you automatically double your unarmed strike damage, rolled as normal. If you score a critical hit, you add that modifier to this doubling. In addition, the attack deals ECLd8 of your heritage's breath weapon. For Sonic damage, deal ECLd6, for force ECLd4, and negative levels, deal 1/2 ECL as Negative levels. The target must make a DC 15+Wisdom Modifier + 1/2 Character Level Fortitude save or be knocked prone (Save negates). This is a standard attack and thus can be used as a part of a Flurry of Blows.

Special: Monks can take this as a bonus feat instead of another monk feat.

This line is completely unecessary.

Prerequisites: Improved Unarmed Strike Feat or Monk's Unarmed Strike Progression, Dragonblooded or Dragon Subtype
Special Note: If you are a member of the Initiates of Dragonic Mysteries or Dragon Disciple, waive the Subtype prerequisiteMonks already get Improved Unarmed Strike.

There is no Dragon subtype, and creatures of the Dragon type are treated as having the (dragonblood) subtype already. IIRC, IoDM already grants the dragonblood subtype, or has it as a prerequisite.

This should read:
Prerequisites: Improved Unarmed Strike, dragonblood subtype

EDIT:

Prerequisites: Improved Unarmed Strike feat or Monk's Unarmed Strike class feature, BAB +7, Strenght or Dexterity of 18Again, the monk thing is unnecessary. Ability score prereqs are an odd number by convention. So...

Prerequisites: Improved Unarmed Strike, Base Attack Bonus +7, Str or Dex 17

Now on to mechanics.

The Shoryuken seems odd, allowing Ref saves to dodge your attacks. I'd just add energy damage and trip, have it require a use of Stunning Fist, and allow a monk to select it as a bonus feat in place of Stunning Fist. Also, DCs are supposed to be 10 + 1/2 level + ability score. Finally, what if I'm descended from a force dragon?

Make it:
Fire/cold/electric/acid: d8
Sonic: d6
Force: d4
Negative levels: 1 per three levels (round down) - a 9th level spell grants 2d4 negative levels (average 5), while your existing ability grants 20d4 (average 50, which will one-shot anything that's not immune to them)

fixed, but I kept the IoDM special rule, since they get neither. The capstone lets them "pseudo-wildshape" into a dragon. It however doesn't grant the Dragonblooded subtype (which came out 2 dragon-based books later) or dragon type.
