where does the siginature go

guss it only shows up on new posts.

second qestion how do u close a thread.

PM a moderator, or click the little Report button (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/images/buttons/report.gif) to report your own thread. I don't think it's necessary, really - it just slips off the page, eventually - but I know people do it.

Signatures show up in all posts that you have ever made regardless as to whether or not you had made/changed your signature before or after that post was created.

Just for future reference, questions like these would probably go better in the Board/Site Issues forum (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=25). It's the place to ask all sorts of questions about how certain forum functions work, etc. :smallsmile:
