As a human, in 3.5, as early as possible. So, any ideas?

PrC out into something that doesn't age. Invest in an amulet of eternal youth. Use a wish. Die. Become a Construct. Become an immortal psionic ham sandwich. Tell your DM that you're re-rolling Elan (same body, different mind).

Oh, right, Elan! Thank you. I never read psionic races too deeply. They are beings that used to be humans right?

I hear that Keoghtom's Ointment helps stop the seven visible signs of aging!

Humans, humanoid, sandwiches - elans are complicated. The important bit is that they look human NOW.

Die. Reincarnate spell. Sure, you might come back as something wacky, but you're now a young adult something wacky. Whether or not you keep aging mental score bonuses, after all, you're still you and you got those bonuses for experience, is unclear. But otherwise it's a pretty sweet gig.

You could also get bitten by a Vampire. You couldn't walk out in daylight, but you'd get cool powers.

Then there's all that Vampire drama stuff...

Alienest, Lich, I think frostburn or whatever has a class that does that. Tatoo monk will stop it if crane is taken 3 times. Template like half-celestial or something that makes you outsider.

Also, a few dozen things get Timeless Body, including Druids. Does anybody have the updated "Lists of Stuff" thread somewhere? Old WotC one is dead.

There's a difference between "stop aging" and "will not die of old age"

Timeless Body is the former, but not necessarily the latter.

In the case of the Alienist though, you don't so much die as "are stolen away by alien entities when your time is up, and are never seen again".

10 levels of Elemental Savant turns you in to an Elemental and you stop aging, breathing and sleeping.

There was the Dragon Mag feat, Kissed by History or something to that effect, that stopped your aging completely, and it could be taken (only) at first level.

[Edit]: Wedded to History, Dragon 354. There's a handbook (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=5996.0), too.

There's nothing in the Elemental type that says elementals do not age- is it in the class description?
