I am a huge fan of the series (not so much the latest season, but it is getting better).
Operation Bartowski is given the green light to begin independent operations while still using a black budget provided by the CIA/NSA. By using his wealth of understanding of electronics he recreates something like both Roark Industries (to supply with Hypertech) and a new Intersect to implant in his units (imperfect, so only 10-70% is ever uploaded).
There are three stages:
The Ring is used to recruit and train potential operatives. A compact level allows them access to more advanced weapons and some aspects of a Ring phone.
Fulcrum is used to see if they are capable of handling the Intersect and more dangerous missions. More weapons and more aspects of Ring phone.
The Nexus is Special Agent Carmichael's personal army of Intersect enhanced units. Intersect pieces and Hypertech level equipment.
Thoughts?
These are used opposite of how they appeared in the show (except Nexus, it just sounded cool).
