Is there one? Also, do I have to have pounce for me to make a full attack on a mounted charge, or does my mount have to have it, or do neither of us have to have it?

3 levels of Wild Plains Outrider (Complete Adventurer) will give you something similar. You get to make a full attack if your mout single moves. And the prereqs are so easy for a mounted combat build, there's almost no reason NOT to take it.

You must have pounce to make a full attack at the end of a mounted charge.

Sweet. How does Dragon Cohort work?

Like leadership only the dragon you get can have an ECL of 3 greater than a normal cohort. Meaning you can grab one with an ECL higher than the character taking the feat. IIRC, anyway.

Okay, which one makes the best mount?

Heh...exactly :P

I always thought it would be cool to combine the Dragonrider PrC (Dragonlance CS) with Dragon Leadership, and have a dragon cohort that you cut the LA by 6 on. Not something you'd likely find a DM willing to allow, but it'd be an awesome combination.
