What do you think of this adaptation of the psyRogue- the Psychic Ninja.

left it with sneak attack, and gave it the same (almost) special ability slot progression. with the same or maybe slightly changed power list as the psyRogue, make the manifesting based off wisdom too. whadythink?
thing is, im not trying to create a whole new class, merely cut and paste one class into an existing class. also, left the abilities where they're granted on the ninja class in CA. the one thing i will change is making ki powers cost pp
