The devil strips off the catgirl's tail as one would strip off clothes. Then the samurai robot-maid steals it. As for the motion lines in the last panel, I have no idea about those. Maybe it's an obscure reference to Chobits, an anime which I never saw.

Examination of source material shows that indeed, dryads, as humans, have ears at the same height as their eyes :smallsmile:. Fixed that in the picture in original post.
