Ok, so in a 3.5 planescape campaign, we are an elite team of "finders" we kill things and get stuff for our master The Keeper. most of our party is evil, if friendly enough, with one exception. Anyhow We got into a fight with a Souped up succubus. I got into an argument with the parties feind of possession over who could have her. The fiend wanted her as a power up. I wanted her as a cohort(Plus to spite the fiend, we're friendly enough but we still mess with each other). Anyway, we ended up in a friendly argument. Well as friendly as an argument between a pure-blooded devil, and a part devil part demon human crossbreed can be.

At this point the exception showed up and took the loot, "for storage" She put the succubus in a bag of holding then tucked it away in some sort of magic glove.

Now I was going "OK so an impartial party has the loot. And it's the party good guy to boot. This might just work out in my favor"

A few encounters later, most of the party is dead, wounded, and retreating.

She go's ahead with the mission, alone. Despite our assurances that it was suicide to do so.

Another couple of encounters later, I'm down, bleeding. We've driven off the worst of the invaders and we can focus on our actual quarry once more. Were off to see the wizard the wonderful wizard of stuff.

Unfortunately once again we nearly died getting there.

So in all this time, The local good guy has found the wizard had tea, surrendered our loot as a gesture of good faith, Accomplished our mission, and then Just to top it all off. Refused to wait five minutes for our characters to report, and walk through the portal on her ship. (Mainly because we had made her character mad by arguing at this point)

Needless to say, while we are all laughing OOC, In character there is a showdown coming.

I just find it funny you're refering to a succubus as 'loot!'

Would this be a bad time to mention that outsiders still need to breathe (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/typesSubtypes.htm#outsiderType) and that a Bag of Holding has an air supply limited in minutes (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/wondrousItems.htm#bagofHolding), so the Succubus is probably dead already?

We are evil. Everything is loot. We were debating the price we could get selling off the bricks in the dungeon and the soil and gravel above. When the DM said Rocks fall, but forgot to say everyone dies we asked what sort of rocks and if there were any precious metals in them.

Heck even the good character carted off a gith, for making into vampire spawn.

Not really. the Succubus is no longer important.

Besides the magic glove had some sort of stasis effect.

If it's the stock-standard Glove of Storing (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/wondrousItems.htm#gloveofStoring), it's debatable whether or not that'll work, as something in a Bag of Holding (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/wondrousItems.htm#bagofHolding) isn't so much in the bag - it's on another plane. The bag's just a gateway.

In any case the succubus is gone. Sorta. She is back at the keepers tower as "guest" Presumably to keep her wizard buddy in check.
